Every website is fully yours: you own the code, the content, and the domain. For ongoing hosting and small content updates, consider adding a care plan below — it's entirely optional.
The website build is a one-off cost. If you'd like me to also host it and handle small updates for you afterwards, that's a separate, optional care plan — paid upfront, with no automatic renewal.
Hosting, an SSL certificate, and security updates are all maintained automatically as part of your care plan. On top of that, small content changes are included whenever you need them: updating a phone number, changing your opening hours, swapping a photo, or adding a service to a list. Just send me a message and I'll take care of it, usually the same day. Larger work like new pages, full redesigns or new features (such as booking forms) is quoted separately.

Typically 1 to 2 weeks from the point you've sent everything I need (logo, photos, content and contact details). If you need it sooner, a rush option may be available — just mention it in your enquiry.
Yes, completely. You'll own the code, the content, and your domain name. If you ever want to move your site elsewhere, the files will be handed over promptly and at no extra cost.
For the website build, a 50% deposit is paid to confirm the project, with the remaining 50% paid once you've approved the finished site. Both are paid by bank transfer. Care plans, if chosen, are also paid in advance by bank transfer. There are no Direct Debits, no recurring charges, and no card details held on file.
No — care plans are entirely optional. They're there for clients who'd rather have hosting, security and small content updates handled for them. If you'd prefer to manage hosting yourself, that's absolutely fine. I'll hand over the files once the build is complete.
If you choose a care plan, it begins on the day your website goes live, and runs for the term you've paid for (6 or 12 months).
I'll get in touch about a month before your care plan finishes, so there's no pressure or surprise. You can renew for another 6 or 12 months, or take the files and host the site yourself. There's no automatic renewal, and your site stays online until the end of the term you've already paid for.
No — the price you pay for the build covers the website itself. Hosting afterwards is a separate, optional care plan from £80. You're also free to arrange your own hosting elsewhere once the site is handed over.
Yes, a domain name (e.g. yourbusiness.co.uk) is bought separately from a domain registrar, usually around £10–15 a year — this cost isn't included in my prices. If you already own a domain, I'll connect it to your new site at no extra charge.

Once you decide to proceed, I'll send you a clear checklist covering everything I need: typically your logo (if you have one), a few photos, a description of your services, and your contact details. I'll guide you through every step, so you don't need any technical knowledge.
